What is Streetly and how does it work?
Streetly is a delivery marketplace platform launched in 2025 by eStreet Services. Our mission is to modernise and sustain the British high street by making them more accessible in the digital age. Through Streetly, you can browse, shop, and order from a wide range of independent local shops - all in one place.
Unlike other delivery platforms, we don’t rely on distant warehouses or polluting transport. Instead, we work directly with shops on your high street, collecting your orders from their stockrooms - what we like to call the “community warehouse”.
Every delivery is made by bicycle using our signature zero-emission eCargo boxes, meaning your shopping isn’t just convenient, it’s better for the planet too. Whether you’re ordering groceries, gifts, or a takeaway coffee, Streetly makes it easy to support local businesses from the comfort of your home.
How do I download and sign up for the Streetly app?
Getting started with Streetly is quick and simple. You can download the app from the Apple App or Google Play stores, or access it directly through our website using any modern device.
Once you open the app, just follow the on-screen prompts to create your account. We’ve kept the sign-up process minimal - just your name, email, and a password to get going.
Once you’ve added your address, the platform tailors its shop and product listings based on what’s available in your local area. You’ll be discovering brilliant independent retailers near you in no time.
Do I need to create an account to place an order?
Yes, creating an account is required, but we’ve made it as seamless as possible. Your account helps us make sure your order reaches the right place, securely and efficiently.
We only ask for essential details like your name, email address, and delivery location. Once your profile is set up, you’ll be able to view your past orders, save multiple addresses, track deliveries in real time, and manage your payment methods with ease.
By registering, you’re also helping to create a more connected and responsive local shopping experience, for you and the businesses you support.
Is my personal and payment information secure?
Absolutely. At eStreet Services, your privacy and security are fundamental. We employ industry-standard encryption and work with trusted payment providers to ensure your information remains protected.
We don’t store any payment information ourselves - instead, all transactions are processed securely via our payment partner, Stripe.
Additionally, we operate under strict data minimisation principles: we only ask for the information we need to complete your order. Your trust matters to us, and we take every step to earn and protect it.
